Service
CanItSend provides diagnostic results derived from public DNS and supplied email addresses. Results are informational, may change as external systems change, and do not guarantee inbox placement, mailbox existence, or delivery.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for API keys issued to you. Do not use the service to facilitate spam, unlawful surveillance, credential abuse, security attacks, or attempts to bypass rate limits. We may suspend access that creates security, legal, or operational risk.
Fees
Paid plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Plan limits, features, and prices may change for future billing periods after reasonable notice.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No service-level agreement applies unless signed separately. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to a claim.
No professional advice
The service returns reference data only. It is not legal, compliance, security, or deliverability advice, and must not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision. You remain solely responsible for your own email configuration, your sending practices, and your compliance with applicable law and with the requirements of any mailbox provider.
Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CanItSend and its operator from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or any email you send.
Changes and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may change these terms prospectively or terminate access for breach, abuse, or legal necessity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
