CanItSend processes the information needed to provide its domain-audit and email-validation services.
Information we process
We process account email addresses, subscription and payment references, API key hashes, API route usage, monitored domains, webhook destinations, and operational logs. We do not store plaintext API keys after issuance. Email addresses submitted for validation are processed to return the requested result and are not intentionally stored in application records.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, networking, queues, and key-value storage. Neon provides the application database. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers transactional email. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Purpose and retention
We use data to operate, secure, bill, support, and improve the service. Account and billing records are retained while an account is active and as required for legal or accounting obligations. Operational logs and rate-limit data are retained only as needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to legal retention requirements. You may stop domain monitoring at any time from the API.
